Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Justice visits Catalonia (Spain)
Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Justice meets highest adoption officials in Barcelona, Spain.
During the period 18 – 20 April 2012, the Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Justice Mrs. Velina Todorova visited Barcelona, Spain. She was invited for a working visit by the Catalonian Central Authority under the Hague Adoption Convention on the Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Inter-Country Adoption - Institut Català de l'Acolliment i de l'Adopció (ICAA).
During the visit the Bulgarian Deputy Minister held meetings with Mr. Joan Mayoral, Deputy director of the General Directorate for Protection of Children (DGAIA), Mrs. Núria Canal, Director of the ICAA, and Mr. José Lluis Cleries, Minister for Social Welfare and Family.
The visit was organized with the assistance of ANIDO Association and its Catalonian partner - the agency AJUDA’M.

Nella primavera del 2012 abbiamo ricevuto la notizia piu' bella della nostra vita. Stavamo per diventare genitori di una piccola bimba dalla Bulgaria. Lei ha avuto un inizio difficile della vita ed e' stata alloggiata in una Casa di accoglienza per minori a Sofia. Li' lei aspettava i suoi mamma e papa', che l'avrebbero portata a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto una sua foto nella quale abbiamo visto una piccola bimba con capelli ricci castani e grandi occhi marroni. Era stupenda, la piu' bella! E' saltato fuori piu' tardi che tutti e due abbiamo provato la stessa emozione contemporaneamente. Era lei, la nostra figlia e non poteva essere nessun'altra.
