H. AZIONI TECNICHE ALL’ESPATRIO DALLA BULGARIA
Dopo l’entrata in vigore della sentenza giudiziaria per l’ammissione dell’adozione, ANIDO presenta una copia autenticata di essa al rispettivo ufficio comunale per l’emissione di un nuovo certificato di nascita. In questo certificato il bambino viene iscritto con il suo nuovo nome, scelto dagli adottanti, e come genitori del medesimo vengono iscritti i nomi dei suoi adottanti. In base al nuovo certificato di nascita vengono depositati i documenti per il rilascio del passaporto bulgaro del bambino, con cui ormai lui/lei puo’ lasciare i confini della Bulgaria assieme ai suoi nuovi genitori.
