Adoption Procedure
G. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Within 14 days from receiving the application and documents, the court hearings are scheduled. In case no further evidence is being required by the judge, on the day of the court hearings, the court enacts its judgement. The Adoption Ruling takes effect after 7 calendar days.
