F. CONSENT OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Within 14 days after ANIDO presents to the Ministry of Justice all above-mentioned documents, the Minister of Justice gives a consent for launching the legal proceedings.
Within 14 days from receiving the notification that the Minister of Justice has given consent for the adoption, ANIDO files through the Ministry of Justice an application to the Sofia City Court for initiating the legal proceedings to constitute the adoption.
Within 14 days from receiving this application, the Ministry of Justice shall send same to court together with the dossiers of the applicants and the child.
